All services are handled directly by Tristan Brown, the owner and lead photographer, based in Jackson, Wyoming.
We offer a variety of add-ons to enhance your media package, including Social Media Reels, Virtual Staging, Clutter Removal, Twilight (real/virtual), Amenity Shots, and Agent Intro Video & Voiceover.
We will send you a payment link via email with your media delivery. This allows you to review your media and request any changes before making the payment and downloading your files.
You will receive your media through a private Client Portal, which includes download and share links for all photos, videos, and tours. We will email you a link to your portal as soon as your media is ready!
Yes! Custom bundles can be created to match your property’s unique marketing goals. Just reach out!
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
We’ll reschedule at no charge if weather affects shoot quality, especially for drones or exteriors. Please mention if clear weather is a priority when booking the shoot and we will keep an eye on the weather for you!
Yes. We also recommend virtual staging or detail shots to help showcase the space. A 3D Floor Plan is also a great option to show buyers what the house might look like with furniture.
Not required. Lockbox or seller coordination works, as long as the home is photo-ready.
Yes! We tailor media packages for builders, developers, architects, and designers.
Absolutely. You can send a shot list or discuss ideas on-site.
Yes. Standard license covers MLS, web, and print marketing. Extended use may require a separate license.
We recommend booking 3–5 days ahead. Same-week bookings may be available upon request.
Minor edits are free if requested within 72 hours of delivery. If the edits require significant work, an additional fee will be applied depending on the scope of the work.
Absolutely! We pride ourselves on being time-efficient and can handle multiple properties in a single day, depending on location and shoot complexity. Whether it’s a quick photo session or a larger package shoot, we’ll coordinate with you to optimize the schedule. Just let us know the addresses and details, and we’ll make it work seamlessly!
