We will send you a payment link via email with your media delivery. This allows you to review your media and request any changes before making the payment and downloading your files.

How will I receive my media?

You will receive your media through a private Client Portal, which includes download and share links for all photos, videos, and tours. We will email you a link to your portal as soon as your media is ready!

What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We’ll reschedule at no charge if weather affects shoot quality, especially for drones or exteriors. Please mention if clear weather is a priority when booking the shoot and we will keep an eye on the weather for you!

Yes. We also recommend virtual staging or detail shots to help showcase the space. A 3D Floor Plan is also a great option to show buyers what the house might look like with furniture.
